湖北省禽流感的诊断及病毒株的分离与初步鉴定

Diagnosis of Avian Influenza in Hubei Province and Isolation and Identification of an Influenza A Virus from Layers

通过采用琼脂扩散法 (AGP)对湖北省 8个发病鸡场进行禽流感抗体的检测 ,证实了禽流感的存在。从某鸡场 5只濒死鸡气管刮屑及内脏材料中分离到了一株病毒。应用HI试验和电镜负染技术确证该分离物为A型流感病毒 ,其血凝价可达 1∶2 5 6 0。该病毒粒子有囊膜 ,呈球形或椭圆形 ,大小为 80～ 12 0nm ,其血清型为H9N2

Avian Influenza was conformed by AGP test in Hubei.A strain of virus was isolated from tracts and livers of five diseased layers.It was determined to be a Avian Influenza Virus by HI test and negative_contrast electron microscopy,The virus was sphere with envelope,and diameterof 80_120nm,and it was characterizated as H 9N 2sero_subtype.
