《村民委员会组织法》在边境地区的实践——以云南省临沧市为例

Practice of Villagers' Committee Organization Law in the Border Areas-A Case Study of Lincang City,Yunnan Province

以云南省临沧市为例,分析了《村民委员会组织法》在边境地区的实践情况,指出要在城镇化快速发展的背景中实现《村民委员会组织法》的立法意图,必须进一步完善村民自治的法律制度,根据边境特点建设农村基层党组织,在创新政府对边境乡村社会管理中为村民自治保持足够的空间。

With Lincang City,Yunnan Province as example,the implementation of Villagers＇ Committee Organization Law in the border areas was analyzed.In order to achieve the legislative intent under the background of the rapid development of urbanization,it is necessary to further perfect the legal system of villagers＇autonomy.According to border areas characteristics to construct rural grassroots party organization,maintain enough space for villagers autonomy in innovating government management for border areas.
