With diversion tunnel of Zhamao Reservoir in Qinghai Province as example,the calculation method of each blasting parameter in upper cave blasting scheme was discussed,several blasting operation scheme was selected.Conmbined with several times blasting experience and results,the optimum scheme was determined,the good blasting effect was obtained.The excavation quality meets the requirements,and obtains good reputation of the owners and supervision units in construction period and schedule.The operation process can provide reference for similar project blasting scheme selection and optimization.
