摘要
教育始终是日本国家施策中的重要问题。战后,日本首相在国会施政报告中几乎都提及到了教育问题,尤其是青少年的教育问题。其中青少年人格方面的塑造与培养是日本教育政策的重中之重。施政报告中的青少年人格教育体现了保持"人·社会·自然"相和谐的核心理念,即如何教育青少年健康发展、青少年如何在社会中更好地生存、青少年要怎样面对大自然和生命。
Education is consistently a key issue in Japanese national policy. Educational problems, especially the adolescent education problems, were almost mentioned in all the postwar congress policy addresses given by Japanese Prime Ministers. Among all the problems, the mold and cultivation of adolescent personality possesses the highest priority. Maintaining the harmony among the human, the society and the nature, characterized by how to educate adolescent to develop healthily, how adolescent can live better in the society and how adolescent should face the nature and life, appears to be the key idea of the adolescent personality education in policy addresses.
