摘要
作为两个历史悠久、地缘相似的发展中大国,我国和印度的教师教育有诸多值得相互学习借鉴的地方。印度经过几十年的教育改革,职前教师教育课程设置日趋表现出课程设置规范化、课程目标科学化、课程结构合理化、课程内容多样化的特点。由此,如何以教师专业发展为导向设置课程目标、优化课程教学结构、突出多元文化内容整合、理论与实践课程融合是当今我国教师教育课程标准要学习和思考的。
As two developing countries with lots similarities in history and geo shape.China and India have many things to learn from each other in the area of teacher education.The pre-service teacher education curriculum,after decades of education reform in India,has increasingly been characterized by the normalized curriculum standard,scientific curriculum objectives,reasonable course structure and diversified curriculum contents.Thus,how on the basis of teacher professional development orientation,to set curriculum goals,to optimize the structure of teaching,to highlight the multicultural content integration,and to integrate theory with practice courses are the learning references for our teacher education curriculum standards.
