电厂膜法海水淡化工程预处理成本及工艺选择 被引量:1

摘要 针对原海水水质情况,拟定了细砂过滤器工艺和超滤膜工艺2条海水反渗透预处理工艺路线,分析了原海水水质、投资成本、运行费用和产水水质等各方面因素。结果表明,相比超滤工艺,细砂过滤器投资成本节约57.7%,运行成本节约63%,细砂过滤器产水水质能满足海水反渗透膜的进水要求,超滤产水水质优于细砂过滤器产水水质。综合考虑,采用细砂过滤器作为海水反渗透的预处理工艺。本工程预处理工艺路线的选择,可为类似膜法海水淡化工程预处理工艺选型和设计提供参考。 According to the inlet seawater quality, two pretreatment processes were set, the fine sand filter and ultrafiltration process. Comparison of various factors, such as raw water quality, the cost of investment, operating cost, production water quality, the results shown that the fine sand filter system can save cost up to 57.7%, save operating cost up to 63%, the production water of fine sand filter can match the requirements of SWRO inlet water, and the production water quality ofultrafiltration is better than the fine sand filter. Considered all these factors, this project used the fine sand filter as pretreatment process of seawater membrane desalination system. The selection methods of the pretreatment processes in this project provided reference for similar seawater membrane desalination pretreatment technology selection and design.
