肌肉松弛药的新进展 被引量：1

摘要 肌肉松弛药除了与神经-肌肉接头处的乙酰胆碱受体结合外,或多或少会兴奋或阻断神经-肌肉接头以外的胆碱能受体（包括毒蕈碱样受体）。气道中的神经节后副交感神经上的突触前毒蕈碱样受体M2亚型是乙酰胆碱释放的反馈抑制机制,气道平滑肌的毒蕈碱样受体为M2和M3,当肌肉松弛药选择性地阻滞M3受体时。
