国内外心脏骤停亚低温治疗开展现状分析 被引量：3

摘要 亚低温治疗（MTH）能够抑制氧自由基的产生和一氧化氮酶的活性,减少炎性反应因子的释放,降低脑耗氧量和减轻脑水肿[1],是针对心脏骤停复苏患者重要的治疗方案。心脏骤停自主循环恢复（ROSC）后第1个24h的脑温对患者的存活率和神经功能预后均有显著影响,第1个48h内持续发热将导致神经功能预后不良[2]。
