摘要
通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和高效液相半制备色谱反复柱层析、纯化,从杜仲叶中分离得到14个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱分析分别鉴定为山萘酚(1)、槲皮素(2)、陆地锦苷(3)、紫云英苷(4)、(+)-1-hydroxylpinoresinol(5)、(+)-1-hydroxy-6-epipinoresinol(6)、pinoresinol-4-O-glucoside(7)、thunberginol C(8)、(+)-medioresinol 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)、7-hydroxycoumarin(10)、绿原酸甲酯(11)、十八碳二烯酸(12)、丁二酸(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)。化合物6、8、10、12和13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Fourteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oily. by several methods, including silica gel, reversed phase RP-18 column chromatographies ,Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC. Their structures were identified by NMR and EI-MS spectra, as kaempferol ( 1 ), quercetin (2), hirsutin (3), astragalin (4), ( + ) -1-hydroxylpinores- inol (5), ( + ) -1-hydroxy-6-epipinoresinol ( 6 ), pinoresinol-4-O-glucoside ( 7 ), thunberginol C ( 8 ), ( + ) -mediores- inol 4- O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 9 ) ,7-hydroxycoumarin ( 10 ), methylch]orogenate ( U ), leinoleic acid ( 12 ), butanedlo- ie acid (13) ,β-sitosterol (14). Compounds 6,8,10,12 and 13 were isolated from E. ulmoides for the first time.
