摘要 本文通过查阅国内外对5α-还原酶具有抑制作用的天然植物的研究文献,选取作用机制比较明确、临床治疗效果显著、具有大量数据验证的锯叶棕(Saw palmetto)、非洲臀果木(Pygeum africanum)、大荨麻(Urtica dioica)、苦参(Sophora flavescens)和植物花粉等天然植物进行综述。 In this paper, five natural plants with 5α-reduetase inhibitory effect were reviewed according to the domestic and foreign literature. The plants, namely Saw palmetto, Pygeum africanum , Urtica dioica , Sophora flavescens as well as pollen were selected based on their clear action mechanism, remarkable clinical effect and a large number of validation data on biological activity.
