两种不同放尿方法对留置导尿的胃结肠癌根治术病人膀胱功能的影响

The influence of two different methods on urination of the bladder's function for patients with stomach colon cancer radical resection

目的探讨胃结肠癌根治术行留置导尿病人的膀胱训练方法,以减少拔除尿管后各种排尿异常的发生率。方法将80例留置导尿的胃结肠癌根治术病人按随机分组方法分为实验组和对照组,每组40例,实验组采用个体化放尿,对照组采用常规定时放尿,观察两组拔除尿管后排尿异常的发生率。结果采用个体化放尿可明显减少拔除尿管后各种排尿异常的发生率,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化放尿可大大减少胃结肠癌根治术行留置导尿的病人拔除尿管后各种排尿异常的发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the method of training bladder muscle for patients with radical resection for stom-ach colon cancer and indwelling catheterization in order to decrease the incidence of abnormal urination .Method 80 patients with radical resection for stomach colon cancer and indwelling catheterization were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 patients in each group .Patients in treatment group were given individualized u-rination according to the patients＇needs .patients in control group were given routine timely urination .the incidence of abnormal urination between the two groups was observed and compared after remove the urination catheter .Re-sult The incidence of abnormal urination after remove the urination catheter can be decreased remarkably by individu-alized urination .There was significant difference compared with control group （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion The incidence of abnormal urination after remove the urination catheter for patients with stomach colon cancer and indwelling cath-eterization can be reduced .It＇s worthy of promotion for clinical usage .
