Determination of alcohols cosolvent content in methanol gasoline by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定甲醇汽油中醇类助溶剂的分析方法。在优化的实验条件下,采用选择离子法确定定量离子和参考离子,消除汽油中干扰组分的影响。C2~C8醇体积分数在0~0.03%范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.997~0.999之间;检出限在6.0×10^-4%~3.0×10^-3%之间;分析时间小于15 min。重复测定6次的相对标准偏差小于4.0%,回收率在93.8%~105.3%。 A gas chromatography and mass spectrometric method for the determination of alcohol cosolvent content in methanol gasoline was established. The optimal experimental conditions were tested. The quantitative analysis of target ions and the reference ion were performed in selected ion as monitoring mode, to eliminate the influence of interfering components in methanol gasoline. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0 N 0.03% for C2 - C8 alcohols ( r = 0. 997 ~ 0. 999 ) , and the detection limits were in 0. 0006% - 0. 003%. The relative standard deviations (n =6) were less than 4. 0% and the recoveries were 93.8% - 105.3%. The time for the whole experiment process was less than 15 minutes.
