摘要
分析了近２０年来我国果蔬生产的形势、贮藏保鲜技术的发展及其产业的现状，指出了果蔬贮藏保鲜业目前存在的问题，提出了今后发展的对策。
The status of production and storage in fruits and vegetables over past 20 years in China was summarized. The factors limiting the storage development were discussed and strategies for its further developing were suggested.
