摘要
针对赤泥含铁特点,提出采用碳热还原—磁选法回收赤泥中的铁。将赤泥中的Fe2O3转变为具有磁性的Fe3O4或单质铁,后经磁选得到铁精矿。试验确定的最佳工艺条件为:还原温度1 200℃,还原反应时间110min,石墨加入量20%,球磨时间30min,磁选时的激磁电流7A。最佳条件下,铁回收率为78.5%,精矿品位为65.7%。
Recovery of iron from red mud by carbon heating reduction-magnetic separation process was investigated .T he results show that the best conditions for recovery iron are reduction temperature of 1 200 ℃ ,reduction time of 110 min ,graphite content of 20 % ,ball milling time of 30 min ,exciting current of magnetic separation of 7 A .Under the best conditions ,the recovery of iron is 78 .5% ,and grade of iron concentrate is 65 .7% .
