摘要 针对某3机架钢管轧机主轴的力学测量问题,采用扭矩传感器、通用的PCI板卡、计算机及LabVIEW软件等来构建测试系统,测定主轴转速、扭矩和实时功率.研究了通用PCI板卡的DLL连接方式以及系统构建中的软硬件设计,设计出具有实时测量、数据记录等功能的测量系统.该系统具有明显的成本优势,且通用性强,可应用于其他旋转机械的转速和扭矩测量. For the measurement of a three frame pipe-mill spindle's mechanics parameter,a test system consist of torque sensor,general PCI data acquisition card,computer and LabVIEW software was built to test rotating speed,torsional moment and real-time mechanical power.The method of using Dynamic Link Library to connect to general PCI data acquisition card and the design of software-hardware was studied.This system realized the functions of real-time measurement,data logging.It has obvious advantage of cost and was so highly optimized for general use that it can be used to other rotating machinery to test rotating speed and torsional moment.
