基于WIM数据的上海某大桥钢箱梁应力谱研究

摘要 斜拉桥以其自身的优点成为当今大跨度桥梁中的主流桥型,然而,投入使用一段时间后,由于运营车辆总重和交通量交替变化,钢桥所面临的疲劳问题正日趋严重.本文以上海某大桥为工程背景,利用动态称重系统采集到的车辆载荷相关数据,依据等效疲劳损伤原理,推导出代表实际运营车辆载荷谱,采用泄水法,建立南塔钢箱梁的细节应力谱,为上海某大桥疲劳损伤及寿命评估提供可靠依据. Cable-stayed Bridge becomes the main stream bridge in the large span bridge construction because of its advantages and was built all over the world.However,after a period of time,the fatigue problem of the steel bridge faced with is becoming more and more serious.The representative of actual operation vehicle load spectrum is deduced with the vehicle load data collected by the dynamic weighing system and the equivalent fatigue damage theory based on the Shanghai Certain Bridge.The paper also adopted the discharge water method to build the stress spectrum of the steel box girder of The South Tower and to provide the reliable basis for fatigue damage and life assessment of Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge.
