摘要
小花碱茅的根在高盐胁迫下发生了与其生理功能相适应的结构上的变异。其对盐胁迫的适应性在显微结构上主要表现为根的外皮层由 1~ 3层细胞组成 ,细胞壁有所加厚 ,同时内皮层强烈加厚 ,这可能是阻止大部分有毒有害离子进入植物体的关键之一。
The microscopic structure of Puccinellia tenuiflora roots under different salinity stress was studied and the adapted characteristics are as followed: The epicutis of roots were consisted of 1~3 layers of cells and the wall of the cells became thicker, the inner cortex of roots became thicker significantly and this may be one keys to prevent harmful particles from intruding the plant body.
