摘要
采用电导法测定三种草坪草经低温处理后的电解质渗透率的变化 ,并通过研究低温处理过程中细胞内超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化 ,探求低温下SOD活性的变化与植物耐寒性的关系。在低温处理过程中 ,随着温度的下降 ,结缕草电解质渗透率缓慢升高 ,表现出较强的耐寒性 ;假俭草次之 ,而地毯草的耐寒性最差。随着温度的降低 ,三种草坪草叶片细胞SOD活性下降和电解质渗透增加。幼苗逐渐出现伤害症状 ,而SOD活性的显著下降却比细胞电解质大量渗漏的出现要早。耐寒力不同的三个品种在SOD活性及电解质渗漏的变化上有差异。
Leaves of various types of turfgrasses were exposed to temperatures between -3℃ and 30℃ before the electrolyte leakage was measured. Meanwhile, changes in SOD activity and electropherogram in leaves of various types with different cold tolerance during cold treatment were studied. As temperature decreased, the activity of SOD decreased and the leakage of electrolytes out of the cell increased. Subsequently, the injured symptoms of the leaves gradually appeared. However, a significant reduction of SOD activity appeared before the leakage of electrolytes from the cell began. The leaves of three types of turfgrasses with different cold tolerance exhibited some differences in both SOD activity and leakage of eletrolytes.
