摘要
本试验通过在广州对宜 D1S的周年育性观察及人工短日处理对其育性转换的影响分析得到 :(1)宜 D1S是一个光敏性较强的材料 ,在广州一年中具有明显的从不育→可育→不育的育性转换特点。 (2 )宜 D1S的光敏期为幼穗分化 期~ 期。在常温下光敏期适当的短日处理可使育性趋于完全不育 ,但在高温下光敏期短日不育效应被削弱。作者认为这是高温条件下光温互作的一种表现形式 ,而非高温单因子作用效应。 (3)一定的营养生长期短日处理可使宜 D1S的育性得以显著下降。
Fertility alteration in a year of YiDls was observed in Guangzhou, in addition, effect of artificial short photoperiod treatment on fertility alteration in YiDls was analyzed. The results showed: (1) YiDls expressed stronger photoperiod sensitive sterility. In Guangzhou, the characteristic of fertility alteration from sterility to fertility and then to sterility was obvious in a year. (2) The photoperiod sensitive stage of YiDls occurred in the stage from differentiation of rachis primordia (phase Ⅰ) to secondary rachis branch and spikelet primordia(phase Ⅲ). The panicles induced appropriately by short daylight in the photoperiod sensitive stage tended to completely sterile in the normal temperature, but the sterile effect was weakened in the high temperature. The auther thought that this was a manifestation form of the interaction of daylengh×temperature, not only the effect of high temperature. (3) The fertility of YiDls induced markly by short daylight in vegetative growth phase.
