Paprosky型髋臼骨缺损翻修重建治疗进展 被引量:6

摘要 髋关节翻修术时面对的髋臼骨缺损分型方法各异,Paprosky分型根据髋臼侧假体向内上方移位、髋臼前后柱骨量保留状况评估骨缺损程度,成为临床最常用且对手术操作有重要指导意义的分型方法之一。目前对PaproskyⅠ型轻度髋臼骨缺损的重建治疗方案已无太多争议,主要采用植骨结合原髋臼底扩大磋磨等方法,但对Ⅱ、Ⅲ型重度髋臼骨缺损的植骨方式、内置物选择及骨水泥应用等仍尚无定论。该文就Paprosky分型及髋关节翻修术时髋臼骨缺损重建治疗进展作一综述。
