恶性周围神经鞘膜瘤研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 恶性周围神经鞘膜瘤（MPNST）为临床上少见的神经源性恶性肿瘤,占全身软组织肉瘤的5％-10％.该疾病可发生于任何有神经纤维分布的组织和器官,上下肢近端和躯干为好发部位,其罕见性、缺乏标准诊断模式及高侵袭性、高复发率、高转移率往往造成诊断及治疗困难,预后多不佳.随着医学科学技术全方位进步,对该疾病的了解正在逐步完善.该文就MPNST流行病学、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后研究进展作一综述.
