摘要
在高产条件下探讨了高油玉米的需磷特性 ,结果表明 ,单株磷吸收量 1.4 2 7g,每公顷需纯磷85.6 5kg,其中开花前吸收量约占总吸收量的 4 7% ,花后吸收量占 53% ,灌浆期为吸收高峰 ;形成 10 0kg籽粒需磷 0 .74 kg,显著高于普通玉米。植株磷总吸收量与籽粒含油率、蛋白质含量、油分产量和蛋白质产量均呈正相关。盆栽试验表明 ,施磷能促进高油玉米对氮磷的吸收 ,显著提高籽粒的含油率和蛋白质含量 ,影响蛋白质的品质 。
Characteristic of phosphorus absorption of high oil maize and effects of phosphor on its kernel quality were studied. The results indicated that phosphorus absorption per plant was 1.427 g, or 86.65 kg phosphor for one hectare of high oil maize. About 47 percent of phosphorus was absorbed before flowering; and 53 percent was after flowering. The peak of absorption was at filling stage 0.74 kg. Phosphor was needed to produce 100 kilogram grain of high oil maize, significantly higher than that of common maize. Total phosphorus absorption in plant was positively correlated with oil content, protein content, oil yield, and protein yield. The pot experiment of phosphorus fertilizer showed that application of phosphor could increased the oil and protein content of the kernel, but the starch content was lightly decreased.
