摘要
对52名非学前教育界的公众人士所作的访谈表明:公众对幼儿园教师职业形象的描述基本一致,即德行品性为重,专业知能次之,仪表风貌为轻;对当前幼儿园教师的德行品性和专业知能存在一些不满;对幼儿园教师职业的了解不充分,对其专业知识和能力有不同程度的轻视和误判。增进公众对幼儿园教师职业细节(尤其是技术和学术细节)的了解,有利于重构公众对幼儿园教师专业化形象的认知。
The investigation of 52 non early childhood education professionals shows that the public perspective on early childhood teachers' occupational image is consistent. Moral character is superior, followed by knowledge and ability, and then manners and appearance. The public also show dissatisfactions with current kindergarten teachers' moral character and professional knowledge. The insufIicient understanding of kindergarten teachers and misjudgment of kindergarten teachers' professional knowledge have negative influence on kindergarten teachers' development. Improving public understanding of kindergarten teachers' working details, especially those technique and academic details, is of great significance for the reconstruction of kindergarten teachers' occupational image.
