摘要
鬼臼毒素、脱氧鬼臼毒素和 α-阿朴苦鬼臼 3种化合物对菜青虫均有很强的拒食和毒杀活性。 48h的拒食中质量浓度分别为 0 .0 5 7,0 .0 5 2和 0 .0 70 g· L- 1。以 0 .0 4g· L- 1鬼臼毒素、0 .0 5 g· L- 1脱氧鬼臼毒素和 α-阿朴苦鬼臼分别处理菜青虫 ,最终全部死亡。菜青虫对 3种化合物表现出的中毒症状均较缓慢。 3种化合物对小菜蛾具有一定的拒食和毒杀活性 。
Research on 3 strong insecticidal derivatives,podophyllotoxin,deoxypodophyllotoxin and α apopicropodophyllotoxin showed that they all exhibited high antifeeding and poisonous activities against \%Pieris rapae\%.AFC50 was 0.057 g·L -1 ,0.052 g·L -1 and 0.070 g·L -1 respectively.All insects died finally after treatment with podophyllotoxin at a concentration of 0.04 g·L -1 deoxypodophyllotoxin and 0.05 g·L -1 α apopicropodophyllotoxin respectively.These chemicals all showed delayed insecticidal activities.The activity to \%Plutella xylostella\% and \%Mythimna separata\% were also determined.
