摘要
以 40头黑白花奶牛为实验动物 ,随机分成 3个试验组和 1个对照组 ,各试验组分别添加 0 .1,0 .2 ,0 .3g/ (头· d)肌醇 ,研究其对奶牛产奶量、采食量以及乳成份的影响。结果表明 :试验 组中产奶量、采食量、乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖、无脂固形物和总固形物的增加量最大 ,分别为 3.76 kg/ d,3.36 kg/ d,0 .90 g/ kg,0 .91g/ kg,0 .73g/ kg,1.0 4g/ kg和 1.0 0 g/ kg。证明在奶牛日粮中添加 0 .2 g/ (头· d)肌醇对提高产奶量 ,采食量以及乳成份最好。
Forty black white dairy cows were used as experimental animals.They were divided into three experimental groups and a contrast group.The experimental groups were added respectively 0.1,\{0.2\},0.3 g/(one·d) inoses to study the effect of different levels of inoses on milk yield,food consumption and milk composition.The results showed:the increasing degrees of milk yield,food consumption and milkfat,milkprotein,milksuger,nonfat solidity,total solidity in the second experimental group were the biggest,3.76 kg/d,3.36 kg/d,0.90 g/kg,0.91g/ kg,0.73 g/kg/d,1.04 g/ kg,1.00 g/ kg,respectively.It proved that adding 0.2 g/(one·d) inoses in the diets for dairy cows was best for promoting milk yield,food consumption and milk composition.
