摘要
采用室内生物测定方法和酶活性分析法分别研究了高效氯氟氰菊酯对意大利蝗成虫的杀虫活性及对谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)活性的影响。结果表明不同剂量高效氯氟氰菊酯处理意大利蝗其死亡率依处理剂量呈现上升趋势,高浓度处理的死亡率可达到82.23%。结合前期对意大利蝗的研究结果表明该虫已对此药产生了一定的抗性,已无明显的毒性效应。生化研究结果显示,高效氯氟氰菊酯作用于意大利蝗时,其体内GSTs活性发生变化。随高效氯氟氰菊酯浓度的提高,GSTs活性变化的趋势表现为先增大后减小。当处理剂量较低时,高效氯氟氰菊酯可激活GSTs,引发试虫对毒性物质的自身反馈抵御反应,表现为应激适应;在浓度较高时GSTs活性下降,为应激损伤。
Both insecticidal activities of lambda-cyhalothrin (EC) to Calliptamus italicus (L.) and the glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) in C.italicus were studied.The results showed that the mortality of C.italicus increased with increasing dose of lambda-cyhalothrin (EC).The mortality after high-dose treatment reached 82.23%.It seemed that the grasshopper C.italicus in Manasi of Xinjiang was resistant to lambda-cyhalothrin (EC) based on the recent research.Biochemical studies indicated that GST activity in C.italicus showed a biphasic response with an initial increase at the lower concentrations followed by a decline at the higher concentrations.The data suggested that C.italicus may respond through biochemical and physiological regulations to lambda-cyhalothrin (EC) of lower concentrations,while the toxic effect produced by cyhalothrin (EC) of higher concentration was non-reversible.
