摘要
以MgCl_2为镁源,尿素为沉淀剂,聚乙二醇为分散剂,用均匀沉淀法制备纳米MgO,并对其进行纯度、XRD和TEM表征。通过单因素试验和正交试验研究制备不同粒径的纳米MgO的影响因素。结果表明:控制适宜的煅烧温度、MgCl_2浓度、反应物配比、反应时间和分散剂用量,可以制备出不同粒径的纳米MgO粉末。
Nano-sized magnesium oxide(nano-MgO) was prepared with homogeneous precipitation method by taking magnesium chloride as source of magnesium, urea as precipitator, polyethylene glycol as dispersant agent. The purity of the nano-MgO powder was measured and the powder was characterized by XRD and TEM. Single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the effect of influencing factors on particle size of nano-MgO. The results show that the nano-sized magnesium oxide with different particle size can be obtained by controlling the calcination temperature, the concentration of magnesium chloride, the molar ratio of C (urea)/C (magnesium chloride), reaction time and the amount of dispersant agent.
