摘要 对近几年发展起来的保鲜包装技术,如氧气脱除技术、CO2脱除/释放技术、乙烯脱除技术、温度调节技术、抗菌包装技术、抗氧化剂释放技术、风味释放和异味吸收技术及其在食品包装中的应用进行了详述。 This article introduced some newly developed active packaging technologies and their applications in food packaging system.These technologies include O2 scavenging,CO2 scavengers/emitters, ethylene scavengers, moisture regulators,antimicrobial packaging,antioxidant release,flavours and odours release/absorption technologies, etc.
