摘要
分片式机架是轧机伺服液压缸测试系统中出现的一种新型组合机架,可以通过配置机架的数量完成对一定尺寸范围内不同加载力的伺服液压缸的测试工作,但机架组合时往往因为相互作用力复杂,而难以建立合理、有效的有限元模型。针对此类问题,提出了一个合理的建模方法,首先分析了分片机架的组成和功能特点,建立了该机架的几何模型,然后采用有限元法分别分析了分片式机架中的模态、频率响应和阶跃响应等动态性能,得出相应的结论,为合理设计分片式机架提供了理论参考。
The Multichip frame is a kind of new combination frame in the mill hydraulic servo-cylinder testing system It can accomplish the servo-cylinder test under certain dimension range and different loaded force through arrangement of the numbers of frame. But it is difficult to built reasonable and effective finite model, because of a combination of the interaction force rack complex. A reasonable modeling on multichip frame was built for the problem. Firstly, the formation and function characteristics of frame were analyzed, and its geometry was also built. Then the dynamic properties of the frame, such as modal, frequency response and step response, were analyzed by the method of using finite-element. It is obviously that the multichip frame will be designed easily from the above analysis.
