高等学校毕业生档案是国家人事档案中的重要构成部分,是学生在校求学过程中的真实记录,是用人单位了解学生个人的学习历程和整体依据,也是学生就业、各级组织选拔任用、考核的重要依据和凭证,高校应积极探索适应社会发展的学生档案管理方法,规范学生档案的管理工作,为学生做好服务工作。

The graduation files of college students are an important component of state personal profile and an authentic record of the students＇ life and study in college as well as an overall basis for the employing unit to know the students＇ studying process and an important basis of the students＇ employment,appointment by organizations at various levels and evaluation. As a result,it is imperative for the college to find out a scientific way of file management which suits the devel- opment of the society to standardize the work of student＇s file management and provide better services to the students.
