磷酸肌酸治疗小儿先天性心脏病并发肺炎和心衰的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察磷酸肌酸治疗小儿先天性心脏病(简称先心病)并发肺炎和心力衰竭(简称心衰)的疗效。方法:将80例年龄为2~36个月的先心病并发肺炎和心衰患儿随机分为治疗组41例和对照组39例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予磷酸肌酸1 g静脉滴注7 d,比较两组患儿治疗前后心力衰竭、肺炎症状及体征的变化。结果:治疗组临床总有效率92.7%,高于对照组的76.9%(P〈0.05);治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较左心射血分数增加、左室收缩末内径和左室舒张末内径缩小(P均〈0.05),两组治疗后比较,治疗组左心射血分数高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸用于治疗小儿先心病并发肺炎和心衰疗效好,有利于改善心脏功能,纠正心衰,促进肺炎痊愈。 Objective : To observe the clinical effects of creatine phosphate (CP) for treatment of congenital heart disease (CHD) with pneumonia and heart failure in young children. Methods: Eighty young children with CHD complicated pneumonia and heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The control group including thirty nine children were treated with conventional therapy, while the treatment group involving forty one children was given creatine phosphate 1 g by intravenous infusion based on conventional therapy for seven days. The clinical manifestation and signs of heart failure and pneumonia were compared in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group with significant difference (92.7% vs 76.9%, P〈0.05 ). In the treatment group, the left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) was increased; the left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVESD) and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) were diminished (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Creatine phosphate was profit to improve heart muscle function, correct congestive heart failure, and promote pneumonia recovery in young children with CHD complicated pneumonia and heart failure.
