摘要人巨细胞病毒（Human cytomegalovirus,HCMV）属于β疱疹病毒,先天性人巨细胞病毒感染（Congenital human cytomegalovirus infection,cHCMV）是人类最常见的先天性病毒感染,它可以由母亲原发感染或继发感染引起,国外报道[1]先天性HCMV感染率为0%~6.2%,平均0.64%。
