摘要
通过查阅近20年相关文献报道,并结合个人体会,总结了经方学习与应用的思路和方法。认为学好经方需勤求古训,精通原文方证;归纳对比,掌握方证规律;辨识病机,学习辨证方法;明了剂型,通晓煎服差异;融会贯通、结合名家经验。灵活应用经方关键在于方证相对,应用原方;随证加减,活用经方。
According to the reported literature in recent 20 years, and personal experience, this paper summarizes the ideas and methods on study and application of classical formulae. It is necessary to ground for old, proficient in the original prescription, inductive contrast, grasp the prescription rules, identify pathogenesis, learn syndrome differentiation method, understand dosage form as well as difference of preparation, bring expert experience together and understand thoroughly. The key of flexible application of classical prescription application is prescriptions corresponding to syndromes, application of the original formulae, formula variation in accordance with signs and flexible application of classical prescriptions.
