中药熏眼结合内服治疗LASIK术后干眼症临床观察 被引量:6

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigates and TCM Concentrated Granules in the Treatment of Cases with Dry Eye after LASIK

摘要 目的观察中药熏眼结合内服治疗准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(1aser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法选择LASIK术1个月后确诊为干眼症且经中西药物常规治疗临床疗效不满意的患者49例98眼,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组27例54眼采用中药熏眼结合内服方法 ,对照组22例44眼采用人工泪液滴眼。观察患者治疗前和治疗20 d后的干眼自觉症状,裂隙灯下观察泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)、荧光素染色(FL)情况。结果观察组总有效率为64.8%,对照组为38.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5);观察组治疗后干眼症状、BUT、SIt、FL与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏眼结合内服治疗LASIK术后顽固性干眼症疗效优于人工泪液滴眼液滴眼。 Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumi-gates com bined with TCM concentrated granules on dry eye after laser in situ keratom ileusis. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013, 49 cases (98 eyes) with dry eye symptom after laser in situ keratom ileusis 1 month and unsatisfactory curative effect after conventional drug treatment were recruited and randomly divided into two groups, the trial group and the control group.In the trial group 27 cases (54 eyes), the patients were treated with fumi-gates com bined with TCM concentrated Granules.In the control group, 22 cases (44 eyes), the patients were treated with only artificial tear eye drops.The subjective dry eye symptom s,fluores-cein staining (FL),Schirmer I test (Sit) and tear breakup time (BUT) were observed under the slit lamp before treatm ent, and the 20 days after treatment.Results The total cure rate of the tri-al group was 64.8% , the control group was 38.6% . By comparison , the subjective dry eye symptoms, FL ,Sit and BUT were significantly different (P〈0.05).Conclusions Combined use of traditional Chi-nese medicine fumigates and TCM concentrated granules can showbetter therapeutic effects than the single use of the eye drops on the chronic dry eye symptom after LA SIK .
