对消化内科护士开展住院患者自杀认知与防范行为培训

An educational program on inpatient suicide knowledge and preventive behaviors for nurses working in department of gastroenterology

目的提高消化内科护士对患者自杀相关知识的认知及预防自杀相关行为的能力。方法对消化内科42名护士进行患者自杀相关知识及预防自杀相关行为的现状调查,并进行为期1年的针对性培训。培训方法包括知识讲解、行为示范、模拟演练和追踪反馈。结果培训后消化内科护士对患者自杀相关知识及预防自杀相关行为得分较培训前显著提高(均P<0.01);患者自杀事件发生率从0.70‰下降到0.13‰。结论对护士进行患者自杀认知与防范行为培训,能够显著提高护士的认知和行为水平,从而有效预防患者自杀。

Objective To improve the knowledge level of nurses working in department of gastroenterology regarding patient suicide, and to enhance their ability to prevent patient suicidal attempt. Methods A quasi-experimental design was conducted. Forty-two nurses working in a department of gastroenterology were investigated about their knowledge regarding patient suicide, and preventive behaviors before the training, then a 1-year training program was conducted. Training methods included lectures, behavior presentation, simulation drills, and tracking and feedback. Results The scores of inpatient suicide knowledge and behaviors improved significantly after the training（P〈0.01 for both）, and the incidence rate of inpatient suicide dropped from 0.70‰ to 0.13‰. Conclusion Training can improve inpatient suicide know- ledge and behaviors of nurses, so as to effectively reduce inpatient suicide.
