正交试验法优选菊葛天麻颗粒水提工艺的研究

Optimization of Water Extraction Process of Juge Tianma Granules by Orthogonal Test

目的优选最佳水提菊葛天麻颗粒工艺。方法应用正交试验,以绿原酸提取率和出膏得率为综合评价指标,考察加水量(A)、煎煮时间(B)、煎煮次数(C)3因素对上述指标综合评分的影响,探讨水提取菊葛天麻颗粒的最佳工艺。结果水提菊葛天麻颗粒的最佳工艺为提取挥发油后的药渣加入8倍量水,每次提取1 h,提取2次。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行,可用于工业化生产。

Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Juge Tianma Granules.Methods The orthogonal test was employed to select the best extraction process by investigating the influence of amount of water added（A）,decoction time（B）,number of decoction（C） on the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid and the paste yield as the comprehensive evaluation indices.Results The optimal extraction process of Juge Tianma Granules was as follows：adding of 8 times of water into the residue after the extraction of volatile oil,extracting for 2 times,each time for one hour.Conclusion The optimized extraction process can be stable and feasible,and can be used for the industrialized production.
