摘要 综述国内外研究人凝血因子VIII的概况,分析人凝血因子VIII的结构与性质,介绍凝血因子VIII产品的制备方法,以期为国内开发与改进相关产品提供思路。 The paper reviews the research profile of human coagulation factor Ⅷ at home and abroad,including the analysis of structure and property and the introduction of several preparation technologies,in order to provide a reference for the development and improvement of relative products in our country.
