中医气化模型的理论基础与应用探讨

Theoretical Basis and Application Discussion on Qi-transformation Theory

[目的]对中医气化模型的理论基础和临床应用进行探讨。[方法]从气化概念的内涵与外延、气化理论的原理、气化模型与人体生命的关系及临床应用等方面对中医气化模型的理论基础和临床应用分别进行论析。[结果]中医人体气化模型包涵了气、血、津、精等客观因素和神、魂、魄等主观因素,遵循气化之道,以五脏特异气化模型为中心来构建与运行,气化失常则导致诸项因素的改变,从而变生百病。故气化失常为诸病之根本,调畅气机,推动气化是治疗的关键。[结论]"气病为百病之先,诸病之变"、"调理气机、推动气化为百病之要",气化之道是中医学认知生命的原创思维,是中医理论的根和魂。

[Objective] Make theoretiqal discussion on the basis of Qi-transformation model and its chnical application. [Methods]We analyse the theoretical basis theory of Qi-transformation model and its chnical apphcation from the concept extension, principle, relationship between the model and human life. [Results]Human hfe holographic transportation and transformation model encompasses objective factors as qi, blood, saliva, essence and other subjective factors such as spirit, soul. The model follows the theory of qi transformation and centers about the five internal organs-specific pneumatolysis model to construct and operate .If qi-transformation disorders, it will result in the change of the factors and give rise to diseases. Thus qi-transformation disorder as the root of various diseases is the key to adjust and promote pneumatolysis. [Conclusion]The qi-disease is the first of entire diseases and the changes of entire diseases. Kecuperating qi-activity and promoting pneumatolysis is the point of entire diseases. The theory of qi is the original thought of cognitive pubhc＇s health, which also is the root and soul of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
