Clinical Application of Pro. Kong Zhaoxia's Method of Removing Heat to Cool Blood

[目的]探讨孔昭遐教授运用清热凉血法的临床经验。[方法]通过列举多个系统的多个典型病例,介绍了孔昭遐教授对清热凉血法的辨证要点和应用方法。[结果]孔昭遐教授根据"热的性质"、"热的来源"、"热的兼夹之邪"、"热与血的关系"等因素,运用清热凉血法结合化瘀、解毒、利湿、祛风、养阴、益气、补肾等方法,临床取得良好效果。[结论]清热凉血法在临床诊疗中应用广泛,疗效显著,体现了孔昭遐主任的思辨理念和用药特色,并凸显了中医"异病同治"的理念。

[Objective] To discuss the clinical application of the method of removing heat to cool blood. [Method] By listing a lot of classical cases of many systems, it shows the differentiation points and application of the method removing heat to cool blood. [Result] Under factors of“heat nature”,“heat source”,“concurrent pathogeny of heat”and“relation between heat and blood”, combining with the methods of removing stasis, toxin, dampness and wind, nourishing Yin, Qi and kidney, it is broadly used in clinic.[Conclusion] The method of removing heat to cool blood is widely used in clinic, with marked curative effect, embodying doctor Kong Zhaoxia ’s differentiation idea and medication feature, and prominently showing TCM concept“same treatment to different diseases”.
