糖尿病专科门诊护理对糖尿病患者生活方式及血糖水平控制的影响

The effect of diabetes outpatient specific nursing on the life style and blood glucose level control in diabetes patients

目的：探讨专科门诊护理在糖尿病患者病情控制中的应用效果。方法将296例2型糖尿病患者采用随机对照的方法分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行常规健康宣教，观察组采用专科门诊护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组在合理饮食、运动疗法、自我检测等方面的依从性显著高于对照组（ P＜0.05）。观察组护理后的健康生活方式得分显著高于对照组，低血糖的发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论专科门诊护理可帮助糖尿病患者建立有利的生活方式，提高治疗的依从性和血糖控制水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient specific nursing on diabetes control.Methods A total of 296 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , the control group was given health education, the observation group was given outpatient specific nursing , nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Compliance in terms of a reasonable diet , exercise therapy , self detection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The score of healthy lifestyle after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group , the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05） .glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, 2 h post-prandial blood glucose after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclu-sions Outpatient specific nursing can help establish a favorable way of life in diabetes patients , improve the level of compliance and blood glucose control therapy .
