分期托补法治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Staged Chinese Medical Detoxication and Tonification Combined with Minimally Invasive Operation in Lactational Breast Abscess Treatment

[目的]观察及评价基于分期托、补法的治疗对哺乳期乳腺脓肿的临床治疗效果。[方法]60例哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者随机分为2组,托补治疗组33例,切排对照组27例;治疗组采用基于分期托、补法的中药联合脓肿穿刺冲洗治疗,对照组采用脓肿切排术联合抗生素治疗。[结果]平均治愈时间:治疗组(16.48±2.80)d,对照组(30.59±7.69)d,治疗组治愈时间明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛感受显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治愈率均为100%,无差异。[结论]基于分期托、补法的治疗对哺乳期乳腺脓肿疗效确切,疗程短,痛苦小,乳房外观不受影响,值得推广应用。

[Objective]To observe curative effect of staged Chinese medical detoxication and tonification combined with minimal y invasive operation in the treatment of lactational breast abscess.[Methods] The randomized control ed method was adopted to observe 60 patients, who were divided into the treated group（n=33, treated with staged Chinese medical detoxication and tonification combined with minimal y invasive） and the control group（n=27, treated with abscess incision and drainage combined with antibiotic therapy）. [Results] Much less time to cure patients in treated group. The average healing time for treated group was 16.48±2.80 days, while 30.59±7.69 days for control group, P〈0.05, showing a significant difference between two groups. Less pain in treated group compared with the control group, P〈0.05. Both groups were 100% cured, with no differences. [Conclusion] Staged Chinese medical detoxication and tonification combined with minimal y invasive operation shows a definite clinical effect. It is worth clinical y promoting and applying for shorter period of treatment, with less pain and no changes of breast appearance.
