基于海洋观的栟茶古镇开发研究

沿海大开发已经取得初步成效,古镇的开发和海港的旅游经营业也完成了基础的发展,解决二者继续发展的瓶颈是联合互补开发。海洋文化将栟茶古镇和洋口港风景区从内涵角度来为一体,范公堤和栟茶运河将二者从空间上联系起来,形成两点一线的旅游区域开发,在总体上古镇体现人文历史特色,港口体现自然景观风貌,二者之间的地带体现南通传统乡土意向。在总体海洋文化指导下,栟茶古镇以其多元文化传承,空间格局维护和建筑特色保持为开发重点,洋口港以盐文化挖掘、自然景观营造为核心,中间地带以南通传统民居变迁为主线,以南通传统种植为手段,形成古镇的生态环境,打造运动健身休闲之地。摘要:

In general, under the guidance of marine culture, with its diverse cultural heritage Bencha Town, keep the spatial pattern of maintenance andarchitectural features of Yangkou Port development focus, to create a saltculture mining, natural landscape as the core, the intermediate zone in Nantong traditional houses as the main line, taking Nantong traditionalplanting as the means, the formation of the ecological environment of the town, to create sports and leisure. Ancient town, rural landscape and oceanscenery constitute a new bright spot in Jiangsu coastal tourism.
