精神文明建设在实现中国梦的历史进程中承担着重要的使命,必须着眼于丰富人民的精神世界,增强人民的精神力量,满足人民的精神需求,弘扬伟大的民族精神和时代精神,坚定中国共产党人的理想信念,高度重视并切实加强道德建设,进一步做好宣传思想工作,推动精神文明与物质文明全面发展。

Spiritual civilization construction bears great missions in the historical process of realizing China dream. We must focus our efforts in enriching the spiritual world of our people, enhancing the spiritual power of our people, promoting great national and time spirits, and strengthening the ideal ideology of CPC members. We must highly emphasize and substantially strengthen moral construction, further improve our publicity activities and promote the comprehensive development of both spiritual civilization and material civilization.
