Community Governance Innovation Demands Flexible Leadership

党的十八届三中全会提出:"创新社会治理体制"。社区是社会的最基层、社会治理的最前沿。社会治理的创新从社区治理的创新入手。实施柔性领导力是加强和创新社区治理的内在需求。柔性领导力的基本特征决定了实现社区治理创新内在要求的功能。鉴于社区治理创新基本原则对柔性领导力的需求以及柔性领导力在社区管理创新中的重要作用,努力开发现代社区治理中的柔性领导力对于实现社区治理的创新具有重要意义。

The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC puts forward the suggestion to innovate social governance system. While communities are the basic unit and the frontier of social governance, therefore to innovate social governance is to start from the innovation of community governance. Flexible leadership is the inner demand for strengthening and innovating community governance. The basic characteristics of flexible leadership decide the functions for realizing the inner demands of community governance innovation. Since there is great demand for flexible leadership based on the basic principles of community governance innovation and flexible leadership is of great importance to community governance innovation, to improve flexible leadership in modern community administration is of great importance to the realization of community governance innovation.
