与普通高校和一般成人教育的管理工作相比,干部教育培训由于对象、形式、性质、任务的特殊,其培训管理更具特殊性和重要性。界定并厘清干部教育培训管理的概念及功能定位、总结和探索干部教育培训管理的经验、发现当前培训管理中存在的问题与挑战并加以改进,对于不断提升干部教育培训管理的科学化水平具有重要意义。

Compared with training in ordinary universities and general aduh education, the training of government officials is of unique characteristics and importance due to its uniqueness in its audience, forms and missions. Clearly defining the concepts and functional positioning of government official training, summarizing and exploring experience of government official training, detecting problems and challenges in current training management and making improvement accordingly is of great importance to continuously improve the scientific management for government official training.
