血压昼夜节律变化与老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床观察

摘要 下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（Peripheral atheroscle-rotic disease PAD）的发病率正逐年增加，70岁以上人群发病率达到15％-20％以上。大量研究表明，人体的血压昼夜节律特征也具有很重要的临床意义［1-2］，越来越受到关注。本文通过应用无创动态血压监测（ABPM）和彩色多普勒超声观察血压昼夜节律变化与老年下动脉硬化闭塞症的关系。
