摘要 针对传统塔机安全监控系统存在实时性差、处理速度慢、传输距离短、不能组成监控网络等缺点,在深入分析无线通信技术机制基础上,用无线通信技术及上位机来组建塔机群无线远程监控系统。系统选用ARM高速处理器作为中央处理器,实现塔机起升高度、回转角度、起吊重量、变幅、力矩、风速、电机电压、电机电流、电机温度等工作数据的实时采集和显示,通过GPRS远程传输将工作数据上传至远程监控管理平台,实现塔机的远程、在线、实时的监控和管理,实现塔机群无线组网监控。 Against real-time, slow processing speed, short transmission distance, can not be composed of the monitoring net and other shortcomings exist in the traditional tower crane safety monitoring system, the safety monitoring system of tower crane fleet was built with wireless communication technology and upper machine after wireless communication protocols were deeply analyzed. ARM processor is used to achieve the collection and display of tower crane lifting height, rotation angle, weight lifting, luffing, torque, speed, motor voltage , current , temperature and oth- er operating data. And the transfer will work remotely via GPRS data upload to the remote monitoring and management platform, able to achieve remote, online, real-time monitoring and establish towers fleet safety monitoring network.
