针对辊磨磨辊运行中出现的漏油及进粉原因进行分析,从骨架油封、空气密封、磨辊结构等几个方面对磨辊设备进行优化改进,确保了辊磨的稳定运行,降低了辊磨的日常维护工作量,对各种形式的辊磨设计和维护有较好的参考借鉴意义。

The causes of oil leak and powder into of the roller used in roller mill were analyzed. Then the roller was optimized and improved from the following aspects： skeleton oil seal, air sealing, and the structure of the rollers, to ensure the stable dueed. It provi ration of the roller mill. Meanwhile, the routine maintenance workload of the roller mill has been redes a nice reference for design and maintenance of the various types of roller mill.
