摘要
为了解猪场周边水和土壤环境中大肠杆菌耐药性及其中产ESBLs菌的耐药基因特征,用纸片扩散法检测了从福建省龙岩市5个规模化猪场周边水和土壤中分离的55株大肠杆菌对12种抗菌药的耐药性,并对其中产ESBLs菌进行了表型筛选;在此基础上,用CTX-M、TEM、SHV及OXA等4种ESBLs基因引物进行PCR检测与分析。结果表明,猪场环境分离的大肠杆菌对青霉素类、环丙沙星、四环素等耐药率较高,其中水源菌耐药率较高。55株大肠杆菌中,19株检出ESBLs基因,ESBLs检出率为34.5%。ESBLs基因型检测结果显示,CTX-M、SHV及TEM的检出率分别为23.6%(13/55),1.8%(1/55)和9.1%(5/55),未检出OXA基因。本试验结果表明,龙岩市猪场环境大肠杆菌对选用抗菌素耐药率较高,其产ESBLs菌的主要ESBLs基因型为CTX-M。
To determine the antimicrobial susceptibility and extended-spectrum 13-1actamases (ESBLs) genotype of Escherichia coli yielding ESBLs isolated from external environments nearby pig farms in Longyan city, Fujian Province. K-B disk diffusion method was used for the test of antimicrobial susceptibility of Escherichia coli and screen of ESBLs yielding strains. ESBLs phenotype positive strains were amplified by PCR using four sets of primers, and sequences of which were analyzed to determine the genotype. The results showed that Escherichia coli isolated from water and soils near the pig farms were all multi-resistant antibiotics. Of the 12 selected antibiotics, penicillins, ciprofloxacin and tetracyclines were more resistant to the bacteria. Three kinds of ESBLs genes, CTX-M, SHV, and TEMwere detected with the rates of 23.6% (13/55), 1.8% (1/55) and 9.1% (5/55), respectively, while OXA was not detected. Escherichia coli isolated from pig farm environment is multi-drug resistant and genotype of ESBLs yielding strains is CTX-M.
