依达拉奉对高血压脑出血患者微创碎吸术后血中细胞因子水平及疗效的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Edaravone on Serum Cytokines Levels in Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients after Minimally Invasive Surgery Crashing and Aspirating Hematoma

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉对高血压脑出血患者微创碎吸术后血中细胞因子水平及疗效的影响。方法将60例行微创碎吸术高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组,各30例。对照组患者术后采用常规治疗,观察组患者加用依达拉奉治疗,同时选10例健康者血清作健康对照,连续监测血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的动态变化。按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准进行临床疗效评定。结果两组患者的TNF-α及IL-1β含量均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的TNF-α及IL-1β含量达峰时间早,对照组患者的TNF-α及IL-1β含量达峰时间较晚,且水平均较高;观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者微创碎吸术后给予依达拉奉治疗,可降低血清中TNF-α及IL-1β水平,改善患者预后。 Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone on the serum cytokines levels in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after minimally invasive surgery crashing and aspirating hematoma. Methods 60 patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery crashing and aspirating hematoma were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group received the routine treat- ment after operation and the observation group was added with edaravone. At the same time 10 serum samples of healthy persons were selected as the healthy control. The dynamic changes of serum TNF-αand IL- 1β were continuously monitored. The clinical effects were evaluated by the clinical neural function defection evaluation standard. Results The serum levels of TNF-α and IL- 1β in the two groups were higher than those in the healthy control group. The reaching peak time of serum TNF- α and IL- 1β in the observa- tion group was earlier than that in the control group. The reaching peak time of serum TNF- α and IL- 1β in the control group was later and the serum levels of TNF-α and IL- 1β were higher. Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the observa- tion group was higher. Conclusion Edaravone for treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after minimally invasive surgery crashing and aspirating hematoma could decrease the serum levels of TNF- α and IL- 1β and improve the prognosis.
